Charles L. (Chuck) Brown, CDP/CCP has over 45 years of information systems experience in both the private and public sectors. He retired from San Diego County in 2012 and continues to consult. He chairs the Technology Committee for the Retired Employees of San Diego County. Before retiring, Mr. Brown was Project Manager for Regional Integrated Justice Applications with the San Diego County Sheriff’s Department, responsible for coordinating applications with court, prosecutors, probation, and police departments in the County of San Diego and for regional data sharing with over 70 local, state and Federal agencies in the San Diego and Imperial counties. Previously, he held positions with Sierra Systems, Inc., Coleman University, Community Care Network, and San Diego Gas & Electric. He holds Bachelors and Master’s degrees from San Diego State University – BA (English, with Distinction in the Major) and Master of Public Administration (emphasis in Organizational Management).  He is a Certified Computing Professional and has been a member of AITP since 1980.
